Easy as 1, 2, 3! 1) Call us first. We'll email you our forms and prepare the paperwork to transfer your current listing inventory. Once the listing transfer paperwork is sent back to you, you're ready to contact your current broker. 2) Call or meet with your current broker. It's got to be done, and this step is all you. Ask to have your license released online and the listing transfer paperwork signed and sent back to you. If at all possible, it's best to hand deliver the transfer paperwork and wait to have it signed. You need to be in control of the listings you represent, and the paperwork we need to complete the transfer. 3) Leave the rest to us. As soon as your license is released, we'll pick you up and add you to our roster. We'll then immediately add you in FMLS and GAMLS and input your listings complete with photos. We'll handle all the transfer paperwork enabling you to go right to work without missing a beat! Oh . . . and we'll add you to all our sites immediately so it looks like you've been with us for years! P.S. ~ WE PAY for your initial order of SIGNS and BUSINESS CARDS!
